HOJICHA LATTE GREEN TEA

Hojicha is a type of Japanese green tea. Unlike traditional green tea, Hojicha is roasted to give the tea a mildly sweet nutty and smoky flavor. This tea is perfect for a latte-style drink with milk due to the deeper notes and caramelized halftones that are extracted during roasting. Unlike Matcha, Hojicha has a very low caffeine content because the lower part of the tea bush is used, which is naturally low in caffeine, and is used during the roasting process due to the high temperature.
